Resident Relations Duties:
The Resident Manager is in charge of rent collections and handling delinquent accounts, Move In and Move Out procedures, handling 3-day notices, completing eviction proceedings, when necessary, customer service, monitoring/enforcing all safety procedures, and attending various community functions.
Emergency Contact Duties:
On-call emergencies including maintenance emergencies, earthquake emergencies, and noise/lease violations. The Resident Manager will be responsible for calling security/police if necessary and completing incident reports.

Our ideal candidate needs to possess a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate (written and verbal) and possess strong work ethics.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 DOE.
